The Eindhoven Technical University (TU/e) is located in the heart of the Dutch high-tech region of Brainport and has high quality laboratory facilities. TU/e is a research university focused on engineering, science and technology. The university has been ranked at the top of the Times World University rankings as the best performer in the industry revenue column – for collaboration with industry. In total, Tu/e is ranked 141st in the 2018 World University rankings and 104 in Timed Higher Education World World Ranking 2018. UTS and TU/e developed a mobility program for students and scientific staff and signed a joint doctoral contract in 2013. The institution has the right to use the company`s results for academic and research purposes, and its students and collaborators have academic publishing rights.
